Her swift feet crried, Ashley Jacobson through the long crowded hallway, her head held high, and her mind racing. She wanted to get back to the common room as soon as she could. She needed to vent to somebody, or anybody that would listen. And the seventeen year old figured that someone in Slytherin could greatly help her.
Being as though the Grand Staircase was crowded, A.J, decided to take side stairs, that would easily get her to her destination. After walking down a few floors, and the stairs coming to a stop, she let out an exasperated sigh, and walked out.
Stepping off the stairs, she landed in an unknown corridor. The young adult had never once endured this place. Her curiosity somehow got the better of her, because, she suddenly forgot about her problems and got into 'exploring' mode. Her bright blue eyes scanned everything, until they landed on an open door.
Chewing the bottom of her strawberry lip softly, she thought of leaving the room, going back to the stairs, and making her way through the mess of people. But then where would her Slytherin curiosity be? Twisting the simple silver locket on her neck she walked toward the room an opened the door.
Immediately her eyes had to adjust to the shimmer of light and sparkle given to the room. When they did, her eyes landed on the numerous amount of trophies tucked way in their cases. A smile was placed on the girls lips, as she looked around the room. School awards, Sports awards, and more.
Ash, suddenly began looking trough the names, her mind hoping to find one, or even two familiar ones. Ones that would give her a better clue to the past she was longing to remember. After looking through all the cases she let out a sigh. Turning back toward the door, she was about to walk out, before her eyes landed on a simple award tucked away in the back corner. Which simply read:
"Micheal Jacobson- Beater Game 07"
Her eyes widened at the look of the gold trophy place in the back. She was so shocked to find a piece of something belonging to her father, other then the locket around her next. A smile soon replaced her shock. But she didn't dare move, not wanting to take her eyes from the award and look back to find it not there.
