Harry, Ron and Hermione are now 6th years, and taking N.E.W.T.S classes. A new professor comes on board too. Professor Slughorn. Everyone expected him to take over DADA, but instead, he takes Potions. Leaving Severus Snape as the DADA teacher. Will anything happen to him? Everyone knows the position is jinxed. A new Year, a new beginning. Who will end up together? Who will become friends? Who will become ennimies? What will happen to the famous trio? What about the other DA members? Only you can decide what happens this year at Hogwarts and out of it too. What secret will you uncover on the way? Yes we have rules, like every other site that functions well, so you will be asked to respect them and follow at the very best of your abilities.

The General Rules
• Please follow the Proboards TOS rules on proboards. If you don't they can shut down the board!
• Please DO NOT steal any of our content or ideas! If you would like to use one of our ideas, please notify an admin, so that we know, and PLEASE give us credit,
• The Staff here has worked really hard to make this site work well, so please respect all of the admin. If they tell you do something, simply do it without arguing, ok?
•The secret word is broomstick
• your display name must be your character's name. We don't want to see that your name is trio321 or something, You may wait until you are accepted to change your name, but please don't wait too long.
•. SO maybe not everyone's first language is English, but the is one little button there that says, 'Spell Check' and it checks your spelling. Please use it, I think you'd rather read, "She entered the room and sat down on the comfy red armchair" rather than, "Sh entterd da romm and sat down on the conmfy reed chair."
•You can swear, but seriously don't go overboard! I don't think anyone would want to talk to you if you're only typing up swear words!
•You can have a maximum of 5 characters, tops! In these 5 characters, you may only have 1 canon character, 1 teacher, and the rest must be original students, these last 3 can be in ANY house, and could be anything. If you want, you can have 5 original students, or 1 canon, 4 original students, or anything, as long as it's no more than 5 characters, and no more from the list above, thank you!

The Role-paying Rules
•Always Role-Play at the third person and in the past. If you need an example, read Harry Potter! It is the perfect example.

Good example

: Harry entered the common room, tired from his day.

Bad example

: I entered the common room because my day was so tiring.
•Try to use a celebrity that looks like they could actually be a student. If you want to choose a celebrity that is kind of old-looking, then find pictures from them when they were young! I don't think that a picture of Julie Andrews now would be able to fit as a student. An adult maybe, but not a student.
•Please try your best to write at the very least 4 sentence per post. If your in the tower at night, explain how bright the sky is, what your character sees, what happened in their day, etc. Be creative!
•the second word is the answer to this question: What is Harry and Ron's best friend's name?
•No God-Modding. All sites are banning this, and we are too. For those of you who don't know, God-Modding is when your character is invincible. They cannot dodge 10 spells in a row. At least get hit a few times!
•Try to keep the Autoing low ok? Autoing is when you take control of the other person's character. Yes the Imperius curse exists, but you must have the other Role-Players permission to do it, and they must agree to what you shall make their character do.
•Do not use an Anime character name. If you do, we might let it go IF you use your own history for your character, and not the one used in the anime character's plot from the Anime show of whatever.
•Drugs and Sex are allowed please warn us so that if we don't want to see it we don't have to. You can or pur R in your title or you can PM an admin and we can create a password protected board for you if you want it to be private. Also, There are not many drugs in the Wizarding worls, so
a) don't invent some for the pleasure of it and just to drink
b) don't overdo it, seriously!

The Signature/Avatars Rules
•Your avatars must not be bigger than 100x100
•No nudity, porn or anything too sexual in your signatures. If your are not sure whether yours is good or not, then PM an admin and we will tell you yes or no
•Underline the second secret word and put the first word in blue
•Please try your best to obtain a Signature and/or avatar. Just so that other member have an idea of what your character looks like
•You can have Signatures as big as you want, as long as they do not stretch the page. That goes for links too.
•Please don't use anime character, if you really want to then pm an admin about it and we'll see if we want to or not.
